Terms: All sales are final. All sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. All purchases expire 14 weeks after the purchase date.

CLASSES:
Earth (Yin Yoga)
A yin yoga sequence which offers a grounding practice to release tension and improve vitality, Earth invites you to connect with the deep sense of rooted calm like the vast and steady rhythms of the earth. 
Sun
Inspired from the traditional Sun Salutation, Sun is a gentle yet invigorating flow that welcomes the day with warmth and energy. The 30-minute sequence focuses on building a foundation of strength and flexibility. We move with the rhythm of our breath, cultivating a sense of calm power to carry us through the day. 

Moon
A vinyasa flow that trades heating energy of the Sun for the reflective glow of the the moon. Build fluid strength as we move through the continuous, lateral sequence of the Moon Salutation—a cyclical and quiet practice that prepares the body for the evening ahead. Moon is a 30-minute of moving meditation to wash away the day. 
Milky Way
A Hatha Yoga sequence designed to regulate blood pressure through calming, balancing, and circulation-improving practices, Milky Way evokes a sense of deep calm like the grand slow movements of the cosmos, like the gentle, expansive flow of the galaxy. This course is great before nap or sleep.

Welcome! I’m Lucy.
Having spent years navigating the demanding architecture and interior design industry in New York City, I deeply understand the physical and mental toll of a fast-paced, desk-bound career. My own journey led me to embrace the art of slow living, shifting my focus toward my passion for intricate fiber art and mindful movement.
I am a certified 200-RYT Yoga Instructor, trained in Rishikesh, India, where I studied traditional Hatha Yoga, Vedanta philosophy, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and anatomy. By combining this deep traditional wisdom with my academic background in Neuroscience, I design personalized sessions that help you downregulate your nervous system, correct postural tension, and create essential mental space.
Classes with me embrace the restorative power of yoga, providing a welcoming environment for your body to reconnect and find its natural balance. Every practice is designed to support your self-care through every moment of the day.
Whether we are flowing on the mat or I am weaving in my studio, my core philosophy remains the same. My goal is to help you discover the mindful practices and lifestyle routines that support you in doing exactly what you love.
