Thank you for purchasing a 30-minute session. Please use the link below to schedule your session if we haven't already done so.
Let's get your appointment on the calendar:
1. Payment for Sessions:
All private and group sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept ApplePay, PayPal and credit/debit card payments via PayPal.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Private Sessions: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation of private sessions. If you cancel within this 24-hour window, the full session fee will be charged. No partial refunds are given for reduced participants.
Group Classes/Workshops: Refunds/reschedules are not available for group classes or workshops once booked.

3. Client Responsibility & Waiver:
By booking and participating in a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being.
Please inform Lucy of any physical limitations, injuries, or health concerns before each session. Your safety is paramount, and adjustments can be made to accommodate your needs.
Yoga practice involves physical exertion, and as with any exercise, there is a risk of injury. You agree to practice mindfully and at your own pace, taking full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred.
Ensure you have a safe, clear space for your practice and a stable internet connection for virtual sessions.
4. Punctuality:
Please log in or arrive a few minutes before your scheduled virtual or in-person session to ensure a prompt start. Session times cannot be extended due to late arrival.
