A yin yoga sequence which offers a grounding practice to release tension and improve vitality, Earth invites you to connect with the deep sense of rooted calm like the vast and steady rhythms of the earth.

Inspired from the traditional Sun Salutation, Sun is a gentle yet invigorating flow that welcomes the day with warmth and energy. The 30-minute sequence focuses on building a foundation of strength and flexibility. We move with the rhythm of our breath, cultivating a sense of calm power to carry us through the day.
Moon
A vinyasa flow that trades heating energy of the Sun for the reflective glow of the the moon. Build fluid strength as we move through the continuous, lateral sequence of the Moon Salutation—a cyclical and quiet practice that prepares the body for the evening ahead. Moon is a 30-minute of moving meditation to wash away the day.

ABOUT:
Lucy Wang is a certified 200-RYT Yoga Instructor. She received her teaching training in Rishikesh, India, where she studied traditional Hatha Yoga and Vedanta philosophy. Her training included Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, anatomy, Vedic mantra, and Shatkarma Kriya. Classes with Lucy embrace the wisdom and renewal of yoga, providing a space for your body to reconnect and find its balance. The practices are designed to support self-care through every moment of your day. Her approach is finding the practices and lifestyle routines that support you in doing what you love.
